Sally's Marinated Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp gray salt
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
10 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 cup freshly chopped Italian parsley
1/2 cup freshly chopped rosemary
1/2 cup lemon zest
Cover with the remaining ingredients. Marinate, refrigerated, for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat a grill or heat a grill pan.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked throughout. Serve hot or at room temperature.
